Hello Brothers,
Yesterday, a small contingent of former police officers attended the funeral of the late Rawle Carbon, aka RayCarbs. All police officers of the ’70s & ’80s will remember the fun days in the police canteen with RayCarbs, as canteen steward.
Rawle, who retired with the rank of sergeant, lost the fight with ill health at the Princess Margaret Hospital on August 5, 2009. He was on the Advisory Committee of the Association.
